We are Masarap, a food cart local to Portland Oregon, serving homemade lumpia and fresh baked goods. Our Filipino American heritage inspires us to create small hot plates and grab & go bites the way we like them. We infuse ube into everything, including waffles, rolls, ensaymadas, and even ice cream.
